Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
The possibility for having a great day today started this morning. It started with your thoughts about today. Did you wake up feeling energized and looking forward to having a great day? Or did you wake up feeling tired, grumpy and just wanting to pull the covers up and stay in bed?
The difference lies in the story you tell yourself. You either told yourself "Oh man, it's another Monday. I don't want to go to work today, the weekends aren't long enough. I have too much to do. ....etc. etc."
Or - you said "Ok Monday, here I come. I'm going to rock and roll and see how much I can knock off my to do list today!"
Your Monday may still be packed with lots of things to accomplish. You may not get everything done. You may even encounter some people who don't care for Monday either. But the person who tells themself that today is going to be a good Monday no matter what is more likely to enjoy Monday, get more done and be in a better mood than someone who just wants Monday to go away.
Monday is not going away so be the person who thinks themselves into a great Monday!
Affirm:
Today I think myself into a great day!
Have a Magnificent Monday!

Develop New Habits
Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
Each day as you make decisions and choices about small and mighty matters, pause for a moment and ask if the choice you are making is something that you would like to become a habit. Because habits are made up of small decisions that upon repetition become ingrained in us. And once ingrained become automatic and almost without conscious thought.
Like the choice to procrastinate about finishing some project, putting off a phone call, eat the fast food instead of the salad, skip the walk for exercise, clean up the clutter later, take time for you tomorrow or deal with the mail and bills later.
You see all you have to do BEFORE you make one of these decisions is to STOP and ask, "Would I like this to become a habit?" It will take much less effort, time and energy to do THAT which you would like to become a habit than the effort, time and energy to break a habit that doesn't work for your highest good.
Affirm:
I will do that which I would like to become a Habit.

Make today a good day - no matter what!
Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
And that is the message today. Make today a good day. No matter what happens today, no matter what is going on in your life, no matter the attitudes of others you can have a good day today. Thinking positively is a choice that allows you to view any speed bumps as opportunities to use your problem solving abilities, to get creative, improve your patience, fine tune your communication skills, delegate some tasks off your lengthy to do list and keep your attitude from spiraling downward into negativity.
You choose how you feel and how you think and therefore you have the power to change your day from cloudy to sunny even if it is only from within.
Affirm:
I choose to think and feel my way into a good day - No Matter What!
Have a Great Thinking and Feeling Thursday!

Success starts first in your mind
Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
Today be aware of what you are telling yourself with your thoughts. Success starts first in your mind, with the thoughts you are thinking. Fine tune what you are thinking and saying. For example, thinking or saying "Today is going to be a tough day, but I will make the best of it" is not the same thing as thinking or saying "Today I will make the best and do my best out of whatever comes my way." The first thought is already planning on hardship and having to survive it. The second thought is confidently announcing to yourself that you will be at your best today no matter what.
Next ask yourself which thought feels better to think. The conclusion is that when you think better thoughts, you feel better and when you feel better you act better AND interact better with others.
Affirm:
Today I fine tune my thoughts so I can feel better, act better and get better results.
Have a Better Thinking Tuesday!
