Today take a couple of Power breaks and say these I AM Power Statements and be aware of how you feel before, during and after you say them. Jot them all down on post it notes and put them where you will see them frequently; on your computer, your bathroom mirror, the fridge, your desk, in your car and in the break room. Then make the commitment that whenever you see the note you will pause and just say them silently or out loud to yourself.

     Today I use I AM Power thoughts to see, feel and hear what the power of I AM can do for me!

It's time again to play the alphabet game; today as it pertains to your work/career. We all have so many skills, virtues and talents that we use daily at work and in our careers. So whether you work out of the home, for someone else, have home based business or the very valuable job of being a homemaker and running a household, today it's time to tell yourself all the reasons why you love yourself.

Many times when we make our New Years Resolutions we do them on automatic pilot. Just stating the desired, wished for result and thinking hopeful thoughts like "I really hope I can do it this time, this year ...." We view the goal for the New Year as something that will be fraught with difficulty, struggle and false starts.
Do we stop to consider all the talents, skills and abilities that we already possess to assist us in achieving our resolutions? I think not. So today let's go through the alphabet and list A to Z what you are capable of doing to be Free to Succeed! (And then you can use some or all of these as your daily affirmations to cheer yourself on in your goals)

I have an ACHIEVERS ATTITUDE!
I BELIEVE I can Succeed!
I am COURAGEOUS about CHANGE!
I DESERVE to make it in 2011!
