Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the "what ifs". Just for today see what happens when you focus on having gratitude and appreciation for "what is" working in your life. If you can't let go of the "what if" negatives then at least say a "what if" positive to balance it out. After all a what if positive has just as much chance of happening as the what if negative.
Affirm:
Today I ask myself, "What if I stay positive, think positive thoughts and feel positively great?"
