Relax & Be Yourself!

Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:
It is very stressful to try to live up to everyone else's standards for you, to people please, over commit because you're afraid to say No, do things out of guilt rather than free will, hold back your own thoughts and feelings because someone may not like or agree with you.

Just for today try something different. Be your version of you, please yourself, commit only to what you really want to do, speak your thoughts and share your feelings with truth and love.
Just for today - relax and Be You! After all no one can tell you you're doing it wrong because you're the expert on you!
