Move Forward!

Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:

No matter where you want to end up, the journey starts from where you stand right now.
Today put one foot in front of the other and keep doing the next right thing. Baby steps allow you to move forward in a smaller, more manageable pace. All those baby steps keep moving you further towards your goals, dreams and new habits.
It's not how big the steps forward are that's important. It's the movement forward to your desired goal that counts.

Affirm:
Today I focus on just taking the next right step forward instead of whether I have walking or running shoes on.
