How is your day going today? The common denominator in all your experiences is You. If you are unhappy, stressed or aggravated about anything today just examine how you have been thinking about it. Then ask yourself if you keep thinking the same way, the same thoughts, the same attitude will you really have a chance to feel better, happier or more peaceful?
Affirm:
I choose to change my thinking and my attitude to regain my joy and serenity.
Notice that you feel better when you think better thoughts.
