Along my journey I have discovered my inner artist to help me create expressions of myself using collage, altered art, mixed media and scrapbook techniques. I have enlisted the aid of my inner cheerleader to keep me motivated to be the Best ME that I can be!

Painted Studio Flowers

I painted some flowers on my Studio walls and the Studio Entrance Door and am slowly adding some personal whimsy to each. (Ooops! I also noticed that I need to reset my date and time on my camera each time I recharge the camera batteries - so much for thinking that I could skip that little detail!)
At first I was hesitant to paint directly on my studio walls and doors but then I thought why not? It is a work in progress and I like that I keep adding a little every so often. In addition it provides me with some serenity and an outlet for a burst of spontaneous creativity!
And the beauty is that if I really don't like it I can always paint right over it and start again - or not - I get to choose!
