Along my journey I have discovered my inner artist to help me create expressions of myself using collage, altered art, mixed media and scrapbook techniques. I have enlisted the aid of my inner cheerleader to keep me motivated to be the Best ME that I can be!

You can choose to become a 'victim of circumstances' and spend your time today saying "Yeah but if they didn't do this..., or "if this didn't happen then ..." or "If I had more time, more money, more help, ..." OR

Today you can choose to stand in the Power of You. You can stay out of the victim role and stand strong in the resolute knowledge that you posses within all that you need to have a great day today. Know that whatever comes your way today you are in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions - if you so choose.
