Your Best Friend is You!

Some days you are surrounded with lots of people. Other days not so many and still other days it is just you. Truth is, on ALL days, You are your constant travel companion. Because wherever you go-there you are!  So decide to enjoy your own company and be your own best friend today.
So far, today is a just Me day and I have focused on being my own best company and my own best friend. And I have discovered that I am having a really good day AND I am pretty darn good company - just the way I am.
Try it for yourself. I bet you too will discover that when you feel like you need a best friend and you think there isn't one available all you have to do is look in the mirror.
