Along my journey I have discovered my inner artist to help me create expressions of myself using collage, altered art, mixed media and scrapbook techniques. I have enlisted the aid of my inner cheerleader to keep me motivated to be the Best ME that I can be!

Today is going to be a great day! It is my Intention that it be a great day! I Intentionally create a powerful connection to my Higher Power today. With such powerful intentions and powerful connections in High Places the only direction for me is up, up, UP! The only thoughts from my Intentions are positive and powerful. The only feelings from my Intentions are joy, love and serenity. And so it is!

Affirm:
     I am Powerfully connected and purposely Intend to have a Positively Great Day!
