The Clues of Focus

Today is about focus. Where is your focus?
Many times we focus on other people and what they should be doing, are not doing, are not accomplishing, or the way they are doing things. We drop into judgment and decide to spend our time, effort and energy perplexing about what is going on with "them".

What we are focusing on gives us clues about ourselves.
Perhaps the reason the focus is on someone or something else is to distract ourselves from ourselves and what we need to be doing or accomplishing.
So today become aware of when your focus shifts to someone else and ask yourself this question:
Is there something that I need to be doing, accomplishing or addressing?

When you keep your focus on yourself and what you need to accomplish for the day you will soon discover it leaves little time left over to get involved in someone else's day. And more importantly, you might find yourself too busy enjoying the results of your accomplishments to care what anyone else is doing.

Affirm:
     Today I keep the Focus on me and MY goals.

Go Within

Many times we search outside of ourselves for the the things that we think we need to makes us happy. We look to other people for the solutions, for love and approval.
Today, look within yourself and know that you have all you need to get through this day. Trust your inner wisdom, your intuition, your knowledge.
Know that you are right where you need to be and that you are more than enough to handle whatever this day brings.

Affirm:
     Today I seek my own counsel and give myself the seal of approval.
