Be Motivational and Inspirational

Get Jazzed & Joyful Thought:

Today instead of trying to do everything yourself, delegate. And delegate with enthusiasm and inspiration. Truly motivating others is the difference between saying "here do this" and "I know you are the right person to get this job done."
So today find out how motivating you can be by inspiring others, whether at work or at home with words of encouragement, support and by accentuating the positive.
